Sailboat Rentals
Our on-site sailboat is a 13' Flying Junior. You start out within the marina's basin under outboard motor power, then head west into the Bay until you're about a mile offshore. You'll then turn into the wind and hoist sails. Now shut down the outboard motor, swing it up/out of the water then pull in on the sheets. You're finally underway on the Chesapeake Bay!
Please note, for your safety we must be selective on the days that our sailboat rents as the Chesapeake Bay frequently gets excessivly rough. On average it's safe enough for an experienced sailer about 80% of the time.

We have 2 off-site sailboats to choose from.
The first is a 13', sloop rigged Vangaurd Flying Junior. It's open cockpit seating is perfect for 2 people but will squeeze in a 3rd; as long as you don't mind a little congestion.
The other is a 13' lateen rigged Sunfish. It will accommate 1 or 2 people and is best for sailing very sheltered waters.
Getting either one to your location is easy. You can trail it away or we can deliver. The trailer is equipped for a 2" hitch ball.
